Return Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and get you a replacement or store credit if replacement is unavailable. Email us within 7 days with your order number, name, and issue. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages you must work with the shipping provider.

Return and exchanges not acceptable on MYSTERY ITEMS and TIK TOK LIVE ITEMS.

We only accept returns, not exchanges on our original design crewnecks, t-shirts and other clothing apparels. If you would like an item in a different size, a separate order will need to be placed. All returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date and the items must be returned in new, unworn condition with tags to be valid.  If your return is accepted, shipping expenses are at the cost of the customer.
